HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION
All you have to do is be in a state of receivership, surrender to the beautiful experience.
Find a quiet, calm place where you would not be interrupted.
Plan extra time after the session to give yourself time to come back to the world of the senses after being in a peaceful meditative state.

Spend some time to integrate all the information received.
I highly recommend listening to the recording a few days after the session. You will listen to it from your heart (vs. your mind) and you may be surprised at finding additional understanding and guidance.
